Felipe Ayerbe Muñoz

A Doctor of Law graduated at Universidad de Los Andes with additional studies at Harvard Summer School and Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Compañía de Financiamiento Comercial Internacional S.A., Aseguradora del Valle S.A., and Carulla-Vivero S.A.. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Banco de Occidente S.A.

Guillermo Valencia Jaramillo

Mr. Valencia is currently CEO of Industrias el Cid, one of largest apparel companies in Colombia. He is also the Chairman of Inexmoda.

Luisa Fernanda Lauforie

In Colombia, she is the advisor of German Efromovich, president and owner of Synergy. She’s member of  different boards of directors: Isa Colombia, Emgesa, Conconcreto in Colombia, and CTEEP in Brasil. She has been an external advisor for Grupo Éxito, an independent consultant and Minister of Mines and Energy of Colombia, among others. 

Arnaud Strasser

Is currently Director of Corporate Development and Holdings and a Member of the Management Board of Casino Group, where he previously worked as Advisor to the Chairman, in charge of International Development.
Prior to joining Casino Group in 2007, Mr Strasser held a number of high level positions in the French Government. He was Director of the Cabinet for the Minister of Trade (2006-2007), Head of a Mission initiated by the Prime Minister (2005) as well as holding various positions in different ministries.
Mr. Strasser also has extensive experience of The French Tax Administration for which he worked from 1996 to 2003.

Yves Desjacques

Mr. Desjacques holds a Master´s Degree in Public Law from the University of Paris II where he specialized in labor law, corporate relations and human resources. He has worked for Comercial Unión Seguros, Generali Assurances French Group Vedior. He is currently Head of Human Resources for the Casino Group, a member of the Evaluation Committee monitoring the progress or AFPA 2006- 2008 and since 2007, he has been Chairman of the National Network of Companies for Equal Education Opportunities.

Luis Carlos Uribe Jaramillo

Mr. Uribe was CEO of Productos Familia Sancela S.A., a Swedish holding and a leading Colombian company in designing, innovating, producing and distributing personal hygiene products.

Director of the Financial Superintendence of France, with an Economics Master, from the Institut d´Politiques in Paris,  with a  ENA professional title (1974, Simone Weil). Since December 2007, acts as an  Advisor of the President of Casino Group, and in this position, is also the Manager of Casino Bank, C. Discount, Libertad (in Argentina) and Cativen (in Venezuela)

Nicanor Restrepo Santamaría

Mr. Restrepo is a graduate of the Universidad Nacional School of Mining and Engineering. He has held various senior executive posts at companies such as Caja Agraria, Encoper, Celanese, Empresa Cadena de Frío, Coltejer and Corporación Financiera Nacional. For 16 years, Mr. Restrepo was CEO of Suramericana de Seguros and Grupo Empresarial Antioqueño (GEA), the latter one of the leading business groups in Colombia.
