It is a report required by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia to the issuers of securities, through which it is verified whether the company has adopted certain corporate governance practices. This report must be made annually and is intended to ensure the trust of investors towards our company through the identification, strengthening and sufficiency of the information they can access.
