With a long-term vision, the Foundation promotes protective environments and coordinates efforts with allies to transform realities and close inequality gaps.
Sowing well-being from early childhood
The eradication of chronic child malnutrition is the central focus of the work of the Éxito Foundation. Through timely nutritional interventions, the delivery of food packages, and continuous monitoring, they support the proper development of children from the earliest years, from zero to five, contributing both to the nutrition of their
bodies and the nutrition of their souls.
This work is complemented by services focused on emotional care, training, and well-being, and is enhanced through coordination with foundations, food banks, and other local actors, which allows for expanded coverage, strengthened local capacities, and comprehensive support for families in their environment.
Caring for those who care for others also means protecting children.
The emotional well-being of parents and caregivers is crucial for the comprehensive development of children. Warm, secure, and sensitive relationships from the earliest years of life, from zero to five, strengthen brain development, emotional regulation, and mental health throughout the life cycle. Through the Vivir Plenamente (Live Fully) program, Fundación Éxito promotes the mental health of families by providing psychosocial counseling, therapeutic care, and community interventions that strengthen protective bonds and safe environments for children.
The program is carried out in partnership with the National Institute of Child and Adolescent Development (INCIAD) and the National Institute of Child and Adolescent Development (INCIAD).
Economic autonomy that multiplies opportunities
The well-being of children is closely linked to the economic stability of households. For this reason, Fundación Éxito promotes employment training programs aimed at beneficiary mothers, with the goal of strengthening their skills, promoting job placement, and generating social mobility.
Through regional partnerships, this training program helps reduce inequality gaps, expand access to opportunities, and build more stable households where children can grow up with greater guarantees of well-being.
