He holds a degree in Production Engineering from EAFIT University and has complemented his education with studies at international institutions such as MIT, Duke, and Stanford, specializing in digital transformation, innovation, organizational leadership, and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, cloud, and cybersecurity.
He has more than 28 years of experience leading organizations and digital operations across Latin America, with a focus on strategic planning, innovation, customer experience, and business transformation. In his most recent roles as CEO of Dentsu Colombia & Latam and CEO of Merkle, he led the digital strategy and growth in the region, driving initiatives in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, cloud, and cybersecurity, as well as the modernization of technology and customer experience platforms.
In accordance with Decree 830 of 2021, he does not hold the status of a Politically Exposed Person (“PEP”).
