Colombia leads the Group's consolidated revenue growth, with a strategic focus on retail

In Colombia, Grupo Éxito achieved results that confirm that the transformation that took place during 2025 and the decision to strengthen retail as the basis of the business, together with operational and financial strategies had a positive impact. As part of its plan to strengthen and expand Grupo Éxito's textile business, in 2025 the company opened the Arkitect boutique in Medellín, a space designed exclusively for the experience of buying clothing and accessories from its own brands, in a different place from the usual Éxito stores. In this way, a great boost is given to a business that is part of the company's DNA, but which is also a great differential that unites sustainability, job creation and access to designer fashion for all Colombians.

"The contribution of Colombian operation was the main driver to the achievement of the Group's consolidated results, with revenues of $16.9 trillion pesos, which grew 4.0%. This is the reflection of the execution of the commercial strategies implemented in the retail business to offer a value proposition to our customers; a strict control of expenses and costs, and the contribution of the ecosystem of complementary businesses such as the Viva Malls, Tuya and the loyalty program of Puntos Colombia. Likewise, the 43 conversions of stores to Éxito and Carulla show a path of value generation for our customers and for the company, which register a +7.7% growth in sales, since the beginning of the strategy.

Uruguay's net revenues at the end of 2025 were $4.2 trillion pesos, with a growth of 4.7%, excluding exchange rate effects, compared to the same period of the previous year. This growth is mainly leveraged by the food category, which grew 5.4%, driven by the contribution of the 33 Fresh Market stores (+7.5% sales growth vs 2024) and the performance of omnichannel sales, which grew 6.6%.
